Welcome to BeanBeanCase! All of our phone cases, luggage tags and leather products can be custom made to add photos, names and messages. If this didn't answer your question please contact us  at beanbeancase@gmail.com and we'll respond within 24-48 hours. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

- All case is made to order. Please allow 2-3 working days for production after you place a payment.

- Shipping costs includes packing.

- Shipping to USA by USPS (usually takes 7 to 10 days to deliver).

- Shipping to worldwide via registered air-mail service (usually takes 7 to 18 days to deliver).

All our items will be shipped to the buyer's address, please confirm your address on your account.

** If you want to get the fast shipping, can upgrade to Priority Express Delivery or by DHL/USP which take 2-6 days, excluding weekend and legal holiday. (additional express upgrade cost is needed), please contact us for shipping upgrades. **

FREE screen protector included for each phone case order?

Yes. All phone case orders will include FREE screen protector(s) of the ordered phone model(s).

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

- All items may be returned within ten days of delivery in unused condition for a refund of the item price, with the shipping expense covered by the buyer. Please message me before you send a case back.

- Please contact me regarding issues of the case. I'm happy to replace defective cases, or cases damaged in the post.

- The only item that cannot be returned is a custom case, due to their unique nature, this includes regular items in the shop that you have us make changes to (for example, adding or changing text, changing a color, etc).

 

How to send photo or design to beanbeancase?

Please send me your photo through the custom made web system, or you can email me after order confirmation. I will make a preview for your approval if your photo is sent by email. Once you confirmed with the preview I will start making the item for you. 
The best image is to be of 200dpi or 800pixel x 1000pixel above, in JPG or PDF format. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to USA, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Asia and all over the world.


Do you notify me when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive an email shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number and link to track your package. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE an order confirmation email, check your SPAM folder first. If its not in there then your order didn't process successfully OR you entered the wrong email. Just contact us and we'll help.
